@amandaadamsfit: #flashbackfriday to behind the scenes with @jpatrickphoto! That day was so much fun and loved that I had tons of energy but still looked lean. Why? It’s because how I eat year round. I don’t deprive myself, I enjoy foods I love, but I also give my body the proper nutrients it needs, work hard, and stay consistent. That way whenever a photoshoot, an event, vacation, etc comes up, I don’t have to do anything extreme to “get ready for it”. Love that so many #aabikinibody girls are learning what their body NEEDS to reach their goals, but also learning how to enjoy foods they love without the guilt. Enjoy life, reach goals, have fun along the way! ————————————————————————-
